The policies and agreements concerning the Frogans technology are:
- Frogans Technology User Policy - The Frogans technology is held by the OP3FT as part of its public-interest mission. Any person intending to use the Frogans technology must comply with a policy drawn up and adopted by the OP3FT. - OP3FT Privacy Policy - The OP3FT drawn up and adopted a policy under which it undertakes to respect privacy, notably that of Frogans technology users. This policy also includes commitments of the FCR Operator, the entity which operates the Frogans Core Registry (FCR) by delegation of the OP3FT. - Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy for Frogans Addresses - With a view to protecting trademark holders from abusive registrations of Frogans addresses and Frogans networks in the FCR, the OP3FT has adapted the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and its Rules, which are in force in each registry operated under a delegation agreement with ICANN, by transposing them to Frogans addresses and Frogans networks. - Frogans Technology Development Contributor Policy - In order not to restrict the conditions of use of the Frogans technology, the OP3FT drawn up and adopted a policy that all contributors to the development of the Frogans technology undertake to respect. - OP3FT Trademark Usage Policy - The OP3FT is the holder of trademarks in relation to the Frogans technology, notably "Frogans", transcriptions of the "Frogans" trademark into different languages and writing systems, "FSDL", "FNSL", "OP3FT", the figurative trademark "Frogans Star", the figurative trademark "Two superimposed yellow and blue rectangles" identifying Frogans Player, and the figurative trademark "FROGANS A WORLD WITH MORE CHOICES". Anyone intending to use a trademark of the OP3FT must comply with a policy drawn up and adopted by the OP3FT. This policy, referred to as the OP3FT Trademark Usage Policy, is published on the official Web site of the Frogans technology (www.frogans.org) at the following permanent URL: https://www.frogans.org/en/resources/otup/access.html.
The trademarks of the OP3FT are registered or under registration process in France, other European Union countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, China, India, Japan or in other countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
- Frogans Core Registry Delegation Agreement -
The role of the FCR Operator is defined in the Bylaws of the OP3FT. The obligations of the FCR Operator, including the payment to the OP3FT of royalties relating to the license to operate the FCR, are set forth in a delegation agreement signed with the OP3FT. These obligations are detailed in the Frogans Technology User Policy. - FCR Account Administrator Agreement - Any individual or organization intending to become an FCR account administrator with a view to registering Frogans addresses and Frogans networks in the FCR, either on behalf of third parties or for itself, must enter into an agreement with the FCR Operator.
